As a Swiss-based freelancer, we are fully committed to safeguarding all information, assets, and documents shared with us in the course of any project. This includes but is not limited to:
Internal communications, Ad accounts, Analytics, Data, Creative assets and Strategy documents, or any given Proprietary business knowledge.
Swiss Legal Protection
“All collaborations are protected under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Swiss Code of Obligations. These laws enforce strict confidentiality and professional secrecy, ensuring that client data and business assets remain fully protected.”
Data Handling & Access Control
All client files and accounts are accessed exclusively by Fer Rivero unless otherwise agreed. No content is stored on public clouds or shared externally without written consent. (e.g. a Meta API connecting to a third tool once approved by the client).
Ethical Standards
Once we start working together, we do not work with direct competitors in the same vertical or market simultaneously unless otherwise disclosed and agreed. Our priority is to maintain strategic alignment and protect your brand's competitive advantage versus any other businesses in the market.
This policy serves as a default mutual agreement. Should formal paperwork (e.g., NDAs or contracts) be needed later on, We're happy to review and sign them, but please note they'll need to abide by Swiss regulations.

Our Work Guarantee
All our equipment is privately used with multiple verification factors to protect both the Agency and all the Accounts and sensitive data from customers (including login accesses, online tools and related.)
Responsability
We're committed to delivering our best service and capabilities and use the agreed time to our best capacity.
Every meeting with external parties (e.g. an account manager from Google or Meta assigned to the client's Ad account) will be professionally handled, and we'll act as your representative with the best intentions in mind.
AI Policies:
We only use AI privately held tools under paid services to ensure company data discretion and protection. (e.g. ChatGPT plus).
While helpful and common nowadays, ChatGPT is only restricted to use by our Agency to speed up tasks that a human might take many hours (e.g. analysis of huge amounts of data to discover new audiences). If any concerns or related issues may occur, please inform us promptly, and we'll avoid using a GPT for your project.

All the content created, designed and exported by our Agency for the client belongs to the client after payment of the given period when the content was originally created.
The customer can promote and use the given content as their own on all platforms, as long as such content is not changed, adapted and diverted without written consent (e.g. editing UGC Videos without asking the creator in the video first.)
To protect the work of our graphic designers and as we provide our talents on a hourly basis, as all designed ad templates are originally created from zero, we can't provide the original template for the customer to edit on their own (in other words, the editing license), as copyright laws and Graphic Design Agency standards across Switzerland and the EU stablish.
By default we provide all exports in the highest resolutions and formats during the period of the work agreement.
As the creators, we are by law able to showcase our work once this work is made public or has been launched live, always after the client has made it public. If the client is not satisfied with the content, or it may harm their brand in any way, we'll not showcase it or share it publicly unless previously approved by the client.
About our Website
We do not actively promote our website via paid media, using it only as a portfolio for a reduced number of people who may find us organically in platforms such as LinkedIn.
This gives our customers a bit more privacy unless they want to be showcased.
We strive to keep our collaborations private to avoid 3rd parties from reaching out with offers, tools and related services and protect our customers.
Visuals and campaign examples shown on this website are strictly based on publicly available materials (e.g., live ads, published websites, social media). No confidential strategies, analytics, or client-sensitive data are disclosed.
Portfolio content is intended solely for demonstration purposes and to illustrate the scope of services provided.
Team & Network
If needed, we can recommend other freelancers in fields we might not cover or need support (e.g. SEO or 3D motion graphics design). These Freelancers are only suggested if previously worked with us on other projects.
That means we trust their expertise, yet we can't hire them on your behalf, nor are we responsible for their behaviours, contracts and agreements with customers. We can simply recommend them.
Our Graphic Design team only works with Freelancers abiding to the same regulations as us, with strict agreements that protect our customers first and ensure the best possible quality.
